Shipping costs vary by item and are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Processing Time

Every Fondest & Co. item is made to order, so please allow 2–3 business days for us to produce your item before it ships.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. Delivery typically takes an additional 4–5 business days after processing, though transit times can vary by carrier and destination.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at hello@fondestandco.com and we'll look into it right away. If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of your original purchase date, we'll issue a full refund. This guarantee excludes delays caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout or a missed carrier delivery attempt.
